Hardware definition

Hardware means any and all computer and computer-related hardware, including, but not limited to, computers, file servers, facsimile servers, scanners, color printers, laser printers and networks.
Hardware means appliances or other physical devices offered as Products.
Hardware or “hardware” means the combination of the machine types and other hardware products which, together with the operating system software, can perform one or more data processing functions when utilizing the Software.

  • From time to time, Hardware (including Redundant Actuation Hardware) may require replacement for reasons including, but not limited to, Hardware installed is no longer supported or maintained, or Hardware replacement for upgrade or improvements, subject to rights and obligations under Decommissioning rights in Section 10.6, the Limited Hardware Warranty, or any other reason allowed under this Agreement (the “Hardware Replacement Rights”).

  • Remote viewing includes viewing real-time or past Hardware data, Software data, location data, camera footage, and other performance or usage data, and shall only be conducted by Licensor to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Subject to Licensee’s compliance with this Agreement (including payment of all undisputed Fees), Licensor hereby authorizes Licensee to use the Hardware solely for the Permitted Use during the Term (the “Hardware License”).
