Hard Disc definition

Hard Disc means a computer or server based storage medium which can store sound recordings or other material and which is not primarily intended to be a means of physically distributing such material.

  • Non-stormwater discharge means any discharge not comprised entirely of stormwater discharges authorized by a NPDES permit.

  • Permitted Discretion means a determination made in the exercise of reasonable (from the perspective of a secured lender) business judgment.

  • Daily discharge means the discharge of a pollutant measured during a calendar day or any 24-hour period that reasonably represents the calendar day for purposes of sampling. For pollutants with limitations expressed in units of mass, the "daily discharge" is calculated as the total mass of the pollutant discharged over the day. For pollutants with limitations expressed in other units of measurement, the "daily discharge" is calculated as the average measurement of the pollutant over the day.

  • Indirect discharge means the introduction of pollutants into a POTW from any non-domestic source regulated under section 307(b), (c) or (d) of the Act.

  • Age-based discount means a discount offered on selected hospital policies for persons and/or their partners aged between 18 and 29. The discount is two per cent for each year that the person is aged under 30, to a maximum of 10 per cent. Providing the person remains on an applicable hospital cover, they are entitled to the discount until they turn 41 at which time the discount will decrease at the rate of two per cent per year for up to five years, so that no age-based discounts are available after the age of 45.

  • Solicited Discount Proration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(3).

  • Constructive Discharge means the occurrence of any of the following:

  • Additional Form 10-D Disclosure As defined in Section 11.07.

  • Maximum daily discharge limitation means the highest allowable “daily discharge.”

  • Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI means any information, relating to a Company or its Securities, directly or indirectly, that is not generally available which upon becoming generally available, is likely to materially affect the price of Securities of the Company and shall, ordinarily include but not be restricted to, information relating to the following:
