Handover Certificate definition

Handover Certificate means the baseline test results (as detailed in the Product Description) provided to the Communications Provider by BT after installation of the Fibre and having completed the acceptance tests detailed in the relevant SIN and the Product Description;
Handover Certificate means the certificate issued by the Company which certifies the Handover Agreement Effective Date;
Handover Certificate means the certificate which is issued by the COMPANY pursuant to Clause 27.2 in respect of the handover of all or the relevant part of the PERMANENT WORK by the CONTRACTOR to the care, custody and control of the COMPANY.
