Handling Charge definition

Handling Charge and “Additional Charges” means the handling charge and additional charges referred to in Clause 8 hereof;

Handling Charge means the fee charged by RCI to its customers, as adjusted from time to time, but shall exclude any fees payable by RCI to merchants or credit card companies in connection with the sale of Titles to customers.
