Handback Requirements means the requirements for the condition of the Facility on the Expiry Date described in Section 2.1 of this Appendix;

Examples of Handback Requirements in a sentence
Any notice given by the Department's Representative in accordance with Clause 17.6.2.2 shall set out each respect in which the Renewal Works have not been completed or the Project Facilities do not comply with the Handback Requirements and shall state the Department's Representative's estimate of the cost of completing such Renewal Works and/or of procuring that the Project Facilities comply in all respects with the Handback Requirements.
Upon the date of expiry of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Clause 38.2 [Expiry of Term] (the "Expiry Date"), each element of the Project Facilities shall comply with the Handback Requirements (but without prejudice, in the case of the Maintenance Depot, to the terms of the Lease).
