Half Season definition

Half Season means: (a) the period from the start of a Playing Season to the start of the Second Transfer Window in that Playing Season; or (b) the period from the start of the Second Transfer Window in a Playing Season to the end of that Playing Season. ‘Home Grown Player’ means: a Player who, irrespective of their nationality or age, has been registered with a Club and/or any other football club affiliated to the Football Association or an Affiliated Association, for a period, continuous or not of three Seasons or 36 months prior to their 21 birthday (or the end of the Season during which they turn 21). For the purposes of this definition of Home Grown Player only, a Season will be deemed to commence for all Clubs on the same date as the date on which the Summer Transfer Window in that Season closes for Clubs in the Leagues, and expire on the date of the final League Competition Match of the Season.
Half Season means: (a) the period from the start of a Playing Season to the start of the Second Transfer Window in that Playing Season; or (b) the period from the start of the Second Transfer Window in a Playing Season to the end of that Playing Season.
Half Season means the period commencing from January 1st 2022, and subsequent scheduled home games played within the 2021-22 Championship season (not including play-off fixtures)

  • We reserve the right to terminate or modify the automatic renewal of Full Season Ticket Plans and Half Season Ticket Plans at any time, for any reason and without recourse.

  • If you do not opt-out of the automatically-renewing Full Season Ticket Plan or Half Season Ticket Plan before the end of the opt-out period, you agree to purchase the Tickets that comprise the Season Ticket Plan (and any applicable playoff Tickets) under the terms of this Agreement and any applicable invoice by making the payments specified in the invoice in accordance with the Payment Authorization in Section 3.

  • Time is of the essence with regard to any payment terms, automatic renewal opt-out terms or any terms that relate to the acceptance or rejection of a Full Season Ticket Plan, a Half Season Ticket Plan or a Playoff Offer.

  • Due to the nature of their membership, Half Season and Flex Season Members will not be guaranteed their exact seating location for any home playoff game.

  • For both Full Season Ticket Plans and Half Season Ticket Plans, the invoice may also include terms that differ from the terms and conditions set forth in a previous Season Ticket Plan including, without limitation, different seat locations, different per-seat prices, the payment of a deposit or terms that are in addition to or different from the terms and conditions of any previous Season Ticket Plan.

  • For Half Season Ticket Plans, the invoice will contain the Games included in the Half Season Ticket Plan.

  • However, Half Season and Flex Season Members will be eligible for an exclusive presale to purchase available seating prior to the general public.

  • The Tickets purchased as part of a Season Ticket Plan are only for those Games that are part of the National Hockey League (the “NHL”) 2022-23 pre-season and regular season, or any subsequent pre- season and regular season for which you, if you have a Full Season Ticket Plan or a Half Season Ticket Plan, have not opted-out (collectively, “Regular Season Games”).

Half Season means: Being listed on a Team Roster in the WHL or OHL, or on the Admissibility List in the QMJHL, on November 152 in a respective season in the Class Period or being listed on a Team 1 November 17 for Class Members on a QMJHL Admissibility List in 2014; November 13 for Class Members on a QMJHL Admissibility List in 2015; November 11 for Class Members on a QMJHL Admissibility List in 2016.

  • Cannabis retailer means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains usable cannabis from cannabis cultivators and cannabis items from cannabis manufacturers or cannabis wholesalers, and sells these to consumers from a retail store, and may use a cannabis delivery service or a certified cannabis handler for the off-premises delivery of cannabis items and related supplies to consumers.
