Half day definition

Half day means half the standard contract hours for the day.
Half day s attendance" means a day on which a witness is required or requested to be present at an action or proceeding either before or after twelve noon, but not both, regardless of whether the witness actually testifies.
Half day means four hours, or a fraction thereof, of billable work time. Half- days must be based upon the total number of hours worked in one calendar day. The total number of half-days per calendar day may exceed two.
