Haircut Amount definition

Haircut Amount means, with respect to any Item of Eligible Collateral, the product of (x) the Market Value thereof multiplied by (y) the Haircut Percentage applicable thereto.
Haircut Amount means the excess of the outstanding principal balance of the Purchased Mortgage Loan being purchased on the Purchase Date over the Purchase Price for such Purchased Mortgage Loan.
Haircut Amount means, with respect to an Eligible Mortgage Loan proposed for a Transaction hereunder, the difference, if any, between (a) the amount required by the related warehouse lender to release its security interest therein less (b) the related Purchase Price.

Haircut Amount has the meaning specified in the Custodial and Disbursement Agreement.
