H Shares definition

H Shares means the overseas-listed foreign invested shares in the share capital of the Company with a nominal value of RMB1.00 each, which are subscribed for and traded in Hong Kong Dollars;
H Shares means the overseas listed foreign shares with a nominal value of RMB1.00 each in the share capital of the Company, which are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and subscribed for and traded in Hong Kong dollars;
H Shares means any securities issued by companies incorporated in the PRC and listed on the SEHK.

  • Holders of H Shares must use the form of proxy of the Company for appointing a proxy and the appointment must be in writing.
