Guardianship services definition

Guardianship services means conducting, performing, or administering the duties and powers prescribed by the Estates Code or under a court order in a guardianship matter.
Guardianship services means the duties assigned to a guardian in an adult guardianship case pursuant to R.C. Chapters 2109 and 2111.
