Guaranty Supplement has the meaning specified in Section 8.05.

Guaranty Supplement means a supplement entered into by an Additional Guarantor in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto.

Examples of Guaranty Supplement in a sentence

The execution and delivery of any Guaranty Supplement (or any other supplement to any Loan Document delivered in connection therewith) adding an additional Guarantor as a party to this Agreement or any other applicable Loan Document shall not require the consent of any other party hereto.
