Guaranty of Payment definition

Guaranty of Payment means each Guaranty of Payment executed and delivered on or after the Closing Date in connection with this Agreement by the Guarantors of Payment, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated or otherwise modified.

Guaranty of Payment means (a) in the case of a guaranty by Nordson, a guaranty in the form and substance attached hereto as Exhibit F duly completed to the reasonable satisfaction of the Agent, and (b) in the case of any Subsidiary, a guaranty substantially similar to Exhibit F attached hereto modified to the reasonable satisfaction of the Agent to reflect the nature of it as a subsidiary guaranty.

Guaranty of Payment means each of the guaranties of payment of the Debt executed and delivered on or after the date hereof in connection herewith by the Guarantors of Payment, as the same may be from time to time amended, restated or otherwise modified.

More Definitions of Guaranty of Payment
