Guaranty of Completion definition

Guaranty of Completion means that certain Guaranty of Completion, dated as of the date hereof, executed and delivered by Guarantor in connection with the Loan to and for the benefit of Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
