Guaranty Agreements definition

Guaranty Agreements means, collectively, the Parent Guaranty Agreements and the Subsidiary Guaranty Agreements.
Guaranty Agreements means and includes the Guarantee of the Loan Parties provided for in Section 11, and any other guaranty agreement executed and delivered in order to guarantee the Secured Obligations or any part thereof in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Guaranty Agreements means, collectively, any and all of the guaranty agreements with respect to the Obligations which are, or are to be, executed by a Guarantor in favor of Agent for the benefit of the Lender Group, as required from time to time by Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent, in each case as the same may be amended, modified, restated, supplemented, increased, renewed, extended, substituted for or replaced from time to time.

More Definitions of Guaranty Agreements

Guaranty Agreements means the agreements executed by the Guarantors in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent guarantying, unconditionally, payment of the Indebtedness, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Guaranty Agreements means each of (i) the Holdings Guaranty Agreement and (ii) the Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement.
