Guaranty Agreement definition

Guaranty Agreement means a supplemental indenture, in a form satisfactory to the Trustee, pursuant to which a Subsidiary Guarantor guarantees the Company’s obligations with respect to the Securities on the terms provided for in this Indenture.
Guaranty Agreement means an agreement executed by the Guarantors in substantially the form of Exhibit F unconditionally guarantying, on a joint and several basis, payment of the Indebtedness, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Guaranty Agreement means the guaranty agreement of even date herewith executed and delivered by the Borrower and the Guarantors to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, as such guaranty agreement may be amended or modified (including, without limitation, by delivery of a Supplemental Guaranty) and in effect from time to time.

More Definitions of Guaranty Agreement

Guaranty Agreement means the Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, executed by certain of Borrower's Subsidiaries in favor of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent, as the same may be amended, restated or supplemented from time to time.
