Guarantor Request definition

Guarantor Request and "Guarantor Order" mean, respectively, a written request or order, as the case may be, signed in the name of the Guarantor by the Chairman of the Board, a Vice Chairman, the President or a Vice President, and by the Treasurer or an Assistant Treasurer, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, of the Guarantor and delivered to the Trustee.
Guarantor Request means, with respect to a Guarantor, a written request or order signed in the name of such Guarantor by any officer or director (or the equivalent) of the Governing Body of such Guarantor and delivered to the Security Trustee;

  • Anything in this Article XIII to the contrary notwithstanding, the Trustee shall deliver or pay to the Issuer or the Guarantors from time to time upon Issuer Request or Guarantor Request, as the case may be, any money or U.S. Government Obligations held by it as provided in Section 1304 with respect to any Securities which are in excess of the amount thereof which would then be required to be deposited to effect the Defeasance or Covenant Defeasance, as the case may be, with respect to such Securities.
