Guaranteed Output definition

Guaranteed Output means the amount of electric energy guaranteed to be generated by the Project during the Term as set forth in Exhibit G.
Guaranteed Output means in any given hour the amount of Capacity (in MWh per hour) determined by adjusting the Demonstrated Capability to the prevailing ambient conditions in such hour and adjusting for degradation. [redacted]

Examples of Guaranteed Output in a sentence

  • Sunrun agrees that any change in equipment will not reduce the Guaranteed Output set forth in Section D.

  • Sunrun may use this overproduction amount to offset future underproduction in a given period should the Actual Output attributable to such period be less than the Guaranteed Output attributable to such period.

  • Subject to the conditions set forth in this Section D, Sunrun will issue you a refund if the Solar System does not generate the Guaranteed Output.

  • If, over the course of the Initial Term, the Solar System produces more energy than the predicted Guaranteed Output, then the extra energy will be yours at no additional cost.

More Definitions of Guaranteed Output
