Guaranteed Capacity definition

Guaranteed Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.
Guaranteed Capacity means that LMM guarantees to have the capacity available to provide the Gathering identified in Section 1 except during times of capacity allocation pursuant to Section B.4.
Guaranteed Capacity means the amount of generating capacity of the Facility, as measured in MW at the Delivery Point, set forth on the Cover Sheet.

Guaranteed Capacity. The Facility has a guaranteed generating capacity of [XX] MW (the “Guaranteed Capacity”).

The San Xxxx Community Energy Department administers and manages San Xxxx Clean Energy. “Scheduling Coordinator” has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
