Guarantee Year definition

Guarantee Year is defined as the First Guarantee Year and each of the successive twelve (12) month periods commencing on the anniversary of the commencement of the First Guarantee Year throughout the Guarantee Term.
Guarantee Year is the twelve (12) month period beginning on the Savings Guarantee Commencement Date and each subsequent twelve (12) month anniversary thereafter.
Guarantee Year is each successive annual period beginning at the Guarantee Start Date.

Examples of Guarantee Year in a sentence

  • Provider guarantees to Customer that the Actual Generation of the System during any Guarantee Year, subject to the limitations, terms and conditions stated in this Guarantee shall not be less than the Guaranteed Level.

  • For each Guarantee Year, Provider will sum the daily kWh output for the System provided by the DAS to calculate the Actual Generation for the System for such Guarantee Year.

  • Actual Generation means, for each Guarantee Year during the Term and with respect to the System, the System’s alternating current or “AC” electricity production in kilowatt- hours (“kWh”) as measured under Section 3.02.

  • Option A methods will be applied on an ECM specific basis (i.e., isolated to the retrofit) and Energy Cost Avoidance for a Guarantee Year will be quantified and summarized on an ECM basis.

More Definitions of Guarantee Year

Guarantee Year means each twelve (12) month period during the Term of this Agreement, beginning on the Completion Date.
Guarantee Year means the consecutive twelve (12) month period beginning with the first day of the month following the date of the Substantial Completion Certificate for the final ECM (the “Anniversary Date”), and each similar twelve (12) month period thereafter during the Term.
Guarantee Year means the period of twelve (12) consecutive months beginning on the Operations Date and each period of twelve (12) consecutive months thereafter until the end of the Contract Period.
