Guarantee Certificate definition

Guarantee Certificate means a guarantee certificate issued by a Bank based on a Bank Guarantee and on the relevant form provided by the System Operator; this form can be picked up by a Vehicle Operator at a Contact Point or printed on the Customer Portal;
Guarantee Certificate means a certificate in the form set out in Schedule 2 (Form of Guarantee Certificate) (or in such other form as the Guarantor, the Bond Trustee and the Issuer may agree from time to time) and duly executed by the Guarantor confirming that a tranche of bonds issued under the Programme are Guaranteed Bonds for the purposes of this Deed. For the avoidance of doubt, any certificate or other confirmation of guarantee issued by the Guarantor in respect of any bonds issued under the Programme which is not made in the form set out in Schedule 2 (Form of Guarantee Certificate) (or in such other form as the Guarantor, the Bond Trustee and the Issuer may agree from time to time) shall be void.
Guarantee Certificate means a certificate issued by Ex-Im Bank in one of the following forms, as appropriate, defined in the Credit Agreement for a Transaction: (i) a Certificate Approving Letter of Credit; (ii) a Certificate Approving Amended Letter of Credit; (iii) a Certificate Authorizing Reimbursement; or (iv) a Certificate Authorizing Local Cost Reimbursement.

More Definitions of Guarantee Certificate

Guarantee Certificate means, any contract entered into by the Risk Sharing Guarantee Company with Guarantee Holders, providing Guarantees against the Covered Risk in respect of loans that have been selected by the Risk Sharing Guarantee Company in accordance with the criteria set out in Schedule 5 to this Agreement and containing satisfactory terms and conditions including those set out in such Schedule 5.
