GTC definition

GTC means General Terms & Conditions of Contract.

GTC means the standard terms and conditions set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the Customer and Sartorius. “Intellectual Property” means patents, patent applications, designs, Inventions (as hereinafter defined), invention disclosures, trade secrets, know- how, registered and unregistered copyrights, works of authorship, computer software programs, data bases, trademarks, service marks, trade names and trade dress and any similar proprietary rights and any licenses or user rights related to the foregoing.

GTC means the General Terms and Conditions of Contract contained in this section.

Examples of GTC in a sentence

• Customer agrees that Pipeline may terminate this Service Agreement at any time subject to the provisions of Articles 4 and 16 of the GT&C and such provisions are incorporated herein by reference.

• Any portions of this Service Agreement necessary to correct or cash-out imbalances or to make payment under this Service Agreement as required by the GT&C will survive the other parts of this Service Agreement until such time as balancing or payment has been accomplished.

• The Dispute Resolution and Arbitration provisions of GTC Section XIII(b) to the WGDA shall apply to this Amendment and are hereby incorporated into this Amendment mutatis mutandis.

• The person who uses the accommodation services through the online booking system or who purchases the service from the Service Provider via the email address xxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xx, accepts the GTC and agrees to be bound by it.

• The GTC remains in force as long as the Service Provider provides the service.
