GSK Agreement definition

GSK Agreement means that certain License Agreement entered into between Licensor and SmithKline Xxxxxxx Corporation, effective on March 6, 2009, as amended by that certain Amendment to License Agreement dated April 15, 2009, and as amended from time to time.
