Growth Factor definition

Growth Factor or “GFy” shall mean the estimated yearly growth in offtakes of Natural Gas at the Distribution Network.
Growth Factor means the product of (a) the fraction, the numerator of which shall be the actual revenues of the Company less the Revenues Hurdle (as defined herein) for such year, and the denominator of which shall be the Targeted Revenues (as defined herein) less the Revenues Hurdle for such year, and (b) the Growth Weight (as defined herein).

Growth Factor means the percentage increase or decrease that the administrator publishes for a property tax year in accordance with subsection (3)(b) of this section.

Growth Factor for any one calendar year shall mean the product of Distributor's minimum purchase obligation for the prior year and the total growth in the United States' retail topical analgesic market for such prior year as measured by Information Resources, Inc. ("IRI") or Xxxxxxx Rating Services ("Xxxxxxx") scanner data.
