Group VIII definition

Group VIII. With respect to the Mortgage Loans, the pool of fixed rate Mortgage Loans identified in the related Mortgage Loan Schedule as having been assigned to Group VIII or with respect to the Certificates, as set forth in the Preliminary Statement.
Group VIII means Series 2004-One and each other Series specified in the related Supplement to be included in Group VIII.
