Group Stock the stocks and work in progress owned by the Group Companies at the Completion Date, including (without limitation) goods and other assets purchased for resale, stores, raw materials, consumables, accessories, and components purchased for incorporation into or use in processing products or systems for sale and all partly finished or finished products of the Group Companies wherever located and by whomsoever held, including items which, although subject to reservation of title by the seller, are under the control of the Group Companies;
Group Stock means the class of the Corporation's common stock, par value $0.80 per share, which has been designated by the Corporation as the Georgia-Pacific Corporation--Timber Group Common Stock.
Group Stock means (a) all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of each Specified Transferred Affiliate and (b) all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stack of the clarklift/Samsung Entities (Other than Normandie Manutention S.A. and Flandres Manutention S.A.) owned directly or indirectly by CEC, to wit: 33,627 shares of common stock, par value $.10 per share, of Clarklift of El Paso, Inc.; 88 shares of common stock, par value $100.00 per share, of clarklift of Washington/Alaska, Inc.; and 80,000 shares of common stock, par value 10,000 Won per share, of Samsung-Clarx Xx., Ltd.
Group Stock has the meaning assigned in the forepart of this Agreement.

Related to Group Stock

  • Class A Stock means the Company's Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share.

  • Class B Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • Qualifying Equity Interests means Equity Interests of the Company other than Disqualified Stock.

  • Company Stock means, collectively, the Company Common Stock and the Company Preferred Stock.

  • Newco Stock means the common stock, par value $.01 per share, of Newco.

  • Old Common Stock means the Company's common stock, par value $.01 per share, outstanding as of the date of the Company's filing of the petition commencing the Chapter 11 Case.

  • Outstanding Company Common Stock means the outstanding shares of Common Stock, par value $1 per share, of the Company;

  • Holdco Shares means the ordinary shares of HoldCo with a par value of US$0.0001 per share.

  • Class A Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • Company Stock Account means the account established and maintained in the name of each Participant or Beneficiary to reflect his share of the Trust Fund invested in Company Stock.

  • Parent Class A Common Stock means the Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Parent.

  • Amalco Shares means the common shares in the capital of Amalco;

  • A Ordinary Shares means the A ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company;

  • Outstanding Common Stock means, at any given time, the aggregate amount of outstanding shares of Common Stock, assuming full exercise, conversion or exchange (as applicable) of all options, warrants and other Securities which are convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable for, and any right to subscribe for, shares of Common Stock that are outstanding at such time.

  • Holdings Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Holdings.

  • Class B Common Shares means (x) the Company’s Class B Common shares, $0.002 par value per share, the terms of which may be designated by the board of directors of the Company in a certificate of designations and (y) any share capital into which such preferred shares shall have been changed or any share capital resulting from a reclassification of such preferred shares (other than a conversion of such preferred shares into Common Shares in accordance with the terms of such certificate of designations).

  • Stock Account means the account maintained on behalf of the Participant by the Custodian for the purpose of holding Stock acquired under the Plan.
