Group Policies definition

Group Policies means all Policies, current or past, which prior to the Split-Off Time are or at any time were maintained by or on behalf of or for the benefit or protection of Western, any Existing Affiliate or any Former Affiliate (or any of their predecessors) and/or one or more of the current or past directors, officers, employees or agents of any of the foregoing including, without limitation, the Policies identified on Schedule 1.01(a).
Group Policies means those policies set in accordance with Clause 5.2. “Group Status” shall bear the meaning attributed to it in Clause 2.1.
Group Policies means a policy or policies adopted by Caledonia following consultation with Cordale and publicised in accordance with clause 6;

  • For Group Policies issued and delivered in New York, this exclusion does not apply if dental services are required for sound teeth as a result of accidental injury.

  • For Group Policies issued and delivered in Oklahoma, this exclusion does not apply.

  • For Group Policies issued and delivered in Minnesota, this exclusion does not apply.

More Definitions of Group Policies

Group Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.22(a).
Group Policies means the written compliance policies, procedures, programs and controls of the Group, in effect from time‐to‐time.

Regulatory Standard means any standards or requirements established by the Regulator under Sections 193 and 194 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008;
Group Policies means those policies adopted by the Parent and notified to all Group Members from time to time to apply to all Group Members;
