Group Plan definition

Group Plan or “group health plan” means a group health plan established for the employees of the state of Iowa under Iowa Code chapter 509A.
Group Plan means the plan under which depreciation charges are com- puted on the book cost of all property included in each depreciable account by application of a composite rate of depreciation based on the weighted av- erage service lives of such property.
Group Plan means an HMSA health plan sponsored by the MEWA pursuant to the Group Plan Agreement.

Group Plan means a small group plan or a large group plan.
Group Plan means each Employee Plan, other than a Seller Plan, contributed to, sponsored by or maintained by Seller, any subsidiary or parent company of Seller, or any ERISA Affiliate, as of or at any time prior to, the Execution Date, or for which Seller, any subsidiary or parent company of Seller, or any ERISA Affiliate has or may have any obligation or Liability.
