Group Physician definition

Group Physician means a physician who is a member of, or is employed by, or has contracted with Group and has agreed to provide Covered Services pursuant to this Agreement. Group Physician includes any physicians not contracting with or employed by Group who have agreed to temporarily cover Group Physician's practice.
