Group II Significance Percentage definition

Group II Significance Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, and in accordance with Item 1115 of Regulation AB, shall be a percentage equal to the Group II Significance Estimate divided by the aggregate outstanding Certificate Principal Balance of the Class II-A Certificates and Class II-M Certificates, prior to the distribution of the related Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date.
Group II Significance Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date and each related Cap Contract, and in accordance with Item 1115 of Regulation AB, shall be an percentage equal to the related Significance Estimate divided by the outstanding Certificate Principal Balance of the Class II-B-1 Certificates and the Class II-B-2 Certificates, as applicable, prior to the distribution of the related Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date. Group II Subordinate Certificates: The Group II Offered Subordinate Certificates and the Group II Non-Offered Subordinate Certificates. Related to Group II Significance Percentage

  • Significance Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, and in accordance with Item 1115 of Regulation AB, shall be a percentage equal to the Significance Estimate divided by the aggregate outstanding Certificate Principal Balance of the Certificates, prior to the distribution of the Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date.

  • Group II Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (i) the Group II Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Group I Allocation Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is (i) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date, and the denominator of which is (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Group II Subordinate Percentage For any Distribution Date, the excess of 100% over the Group II Senior Percentage for such date.

  • Group II Senior Percentage For any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) 100% and (ii) the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II-A and Residual Certificates divided by the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II Loans (exclusive of the Class II-P Fraction thereof, with respect to any Class II-P Mortgage Loan), in each case immediately before such Distribution Date.

  • Reduction Percentage means the percentage rate by which the Initial Per Certificate Entitlement will reduce on a daily basis on the assumption that the daily rate will be theper annum rate specified in the Final Terms divided by 365 and applied accordingly. B.29 Description of the flow of fundsSave to the extent that the Authorised Participant as subscribed for the issue of Certificates in whole or in part by the physical delivery of the relevant Precious Metal in respect of the Series (the "Underlying Precious Metal"), the net proceeds from each issue of Certificates will be used (a) to purchase the Underlying Precious Metal and (b) to pay any listing fees incurred in connection with the listing of the Certificates. The Certificates will not bear interest. On redemption, a Certificateholder will, in respect of a Certificate, receive on a date on or before the third business day following the relevant Eligible Redemption Valuation Date(being any business day) (in each case the "Settlement Date"):

  • Allocation Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent of a fraction:

  • Aggregate Subordinate Percentage As to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the aggregate of the Class Certificate Principal Balances of the Classes of Subordinate Certificates and the denominator of which is the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date.

  • Group I Subordinate Percentage For any Distribution Date, the excess of 100% over the Group I Senior Percentage for such date.

  • Utilization Percentage means, as of any day, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Facility Usage on such day, and the denominator of which is the Borrowing Base in effect on such day.

  • Note Percentage means (i) for each Payment Date until the aggregate principal amount of each Class of Notes has been paid in full, 100%; and (ii) thereafter, 0%.

  • Group I Senior Percentage As of each Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Group I Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) in Loan Group I immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Average Contribution Percentage means the average of the Contribution Percentages of the Eligible Participants in a group.

  • Class B Percentage Any one of the Class B-1 Percentage, Class B-2 Percentage, Class B-3 Percentage, Class B-4 Percentage, Class B-5 Percentage or Class B-6 Percentage.

  • Performance Percentage means the factor determined pursuant to a Performance Schedule that is to be applied to a Target Award and that reflects actual performance compared to the Performance Target.
