Ground Lease Property definition

Ground Lease Property means, in respect of any Person, any Land, Improvement or Appurtenance of such Person that is subject to a Ground Lease.
Ground Lease Property means each real property demised by a Ground Lease.
Ground Lease Property means, individually and collectively, as the context requires, each Individual Property that is demised by one of the Ground Leases.

Ground Lease Property means, collectively, each Individual Property of which Mortgage Borrower is a tenant under a Ground Lease.
Ground Lease Property means any land, improvements and appurtenances subject to a Ground Lease in favor of Seller.
