Ground Lease Parcel definition

Ground Lease Parcel means a specific portion of the Master Ground Lease Parcel which is subject to an individual Ground Lease.
Ground Lease Parcel means that portion of the Property leased to Borrower pursuant to the Ground Lease.
Ground Lease Parcel is defined in the Recitals. “Ground Rent” is defined in Section 2.1.2 herein.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of §1.3 hereof, if Landlord’s rights to a Ground Lease Facility are terminated under the applicable Ground Lease, then the Term of this Lease shall be deemed terminated with respect to the applicable Ground Lease Parcel.

Ground Lease Parcel means certain land assemblage located in the Las Vegas, Nevada metropolitan area located near Tropicana Avenue adjacent to Interstate 15, as more particularly described on Schedule 1.1E.
Ground Lease Parcel means an area of the Property cross-hatched on Schedule VI hereto and marked as "Ground Lease Parcel" (or such lesser area within such cross-hatched area necessary to construct the proposed improvements described in Section 11.29 hereof and to provide parking adjacent to such improvements necessary for the use and operation of such improvements).

Ground Lease Parcel means [i] the Land located at 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Baltimore, Maryland and [ii] the Land related to each Facility identified on Exhibit C as a “Ground Lease Parcel”, individually and collectively. Except as specifically set forth herein, “Facility” includes each Ground Lease Parcel.
Ground Lease Parcel or "Ground Lease Parcels" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Ground Lease Parcel means the real estate described on Exhibit C and improvements thereto to which the Ground Lease relates.
