Grievances definition

Grievances filed under this Article shall begin at Step 2. Grievances under this clause shall be handled with all possible confidentiality and dispatch.
Grievances means, and be limited to, disputes or differences between the Company and the Union, or employees so represented, with respect to the interpretation or application of any specific provision of this Agreement. Both parties agree to use their best efforts, including informal meetings involving management, supervision, the Shop Xxxxxxx, and the grievant, to resolve matters without resorting to the grievance procedure except that any such meetings shall not extend the time limits set forth in this Article.
