Grievance Policy definition

Grievance Policy means the school’s internal procedures through which a student may formally make a complaint regarding actions of a school and a school may make its response to such a complaint.

Grievance Policy. The School District, in cooperation with Next Step’s Child Enrichment Center, will investigate all complaints regarding Next Step’s Child Enrichment Center’s Practitioner(s)’ services to students according to the School District’s current policies and procedures. The School District shall provide a current copy of relevant policies to Next Step’s Child Enrichment Center and will provide Next Step’s Child Enrichment Center revised policy if said revisions affect the provisions of this Agreement.   • Policy Grievance is defined as a difference between the parties relating to the interpretation, application or administration of this Agreement. A policy grievance may be submitted by either party at Step 2 of the grievance procedure. A policy grievance shall be signed by a CLAC Representative and submitted to the Employer. A policy grievance submitted by the Employer shall be signed by the Employer or his representative.
