Green Timeshare Property definition

Green Timeshare Property means a Timeshare Property for which construction on the related Resort has not yet begun or is subject to completion.
Green Timeshare Property means a Timeshare Property the acquisition of which was financed with a Green Loan.
Green Timeshare Property means a Timeshare Property for which construction on the related Resort has not yet begun or is subject to completion. “Independent Director” shall have the meaning assigned to the term in subsection 6.1(m).

Related to Green Timeshare Property

  • Timeshare Property means one or more accommodations subject to the same timeshare instrument, together with any other property or rights to property appurtenant to those accommodations.
