Green Circled rates shall be adjusted to the appropriate wage grade recognizing the incumbent's status within the existing wage grade increments structure, effective the date the new rating was finalized by the Committee, or immediately following appeal proceedings noted under Article 5 of this Manual of Procedures, if the latter.

Green Circled means that an employee will advance through the employee’s current pay increments to the maximum pay level in the normal manner.
