Great River Road means any highway officially desig- nated as part of the Great River Road system by the department and approved by the appropriate authority of the federal govern- ment and any highway designated as part of the Great River Road under s. 84.107. Signs along the Great River Road shall be regu- lated as are signs along primary highways.
