Great Lakes Trust Receipt definition

Great Lakes Trust Receipt means the two Trust Receipts, each dated November 17, 2005, from Great Lakes acknowledging the receipt and possession of the Financed Student Loan Files relating to the Financed Student Loans being sub-serviced by Great Lakes.
Great Lakes Trust Receipt means the two Trust Receipts, each dated August 14, 2003, from Great Lakes acknowledging the receipt and possession of the Financed Student Loan Files relating to the Financed Student Loans being sub-serviced by Great Lakes.
Great Lakes Trust Receipt means the Trust Receipt, dated September 14, 2001, from Great Lakes acknowledging the receipt and possession of the Financed Student Loan Files relating to the Financed Student Loans being sub-serviced by Great Lakes.

Related to Great Lakes Trust Receipt

  • Trust Receipt shall have the meaning set forth in the Custodial Agreement.

  • Depositor means Advisors Asset Management, Inc. and its successors in interest, or any successor depositor appointed as hereinafter provided."

  • Owner Trust means the trust created by this Agreement.

  • Contract Administrator means the person authorized to represent the City in respect of the Contract and is identified at the time of award of the Contract;

  • Titling Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust and Servicing Agreement, dated as of August 26, 1998, among NILT Trust, as the Grantor and the UTI Beneficiary, the Servicer, the Delaware Trustee, the Titling Trustee and the Trust Agent.

  • National City Servicing Agreement Solely with respect to the National City Mortgage Loans, the Master Seller’s Warranties and Servicing Agreement, dated as of October 1, 2001, between the Transferor and National City, as the same may be amended from time to time, and any assignments and conveyances related to the National City Mortgage Loans.

  • Trust Administrator [______________] Independent Accountants:

  • SOFR Administrator means the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of the secured overnight financing rate).

  • Master Trust Trustee means the entity acting as trustee under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • Mortgage Sale Agreement means the mortgage sale agreement entered into on or about the Initial Closing Date among the Seller, the Mortgages Trustee, Funding and the Security Trustee in relation to the assignment from time to time of the Mortgage Portfolio to the Mortgages Trustee as may be amended, restated, novated, varied or supplemented from time to time and shall include any additional and/or replacement mortgage sale agreement entered into by such parties from time to time in accordance with the Transaction Documents;

  • Lead Depositor means the Depositor under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Issuer Administration Agreement means that certain issuer administration agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Administrator, the Issuer, the Transferor and the Indenture Trustee.

  • Issuing Entity PII has the meaning stated in Section 4.09(a).

  • General Special Servicer mean the Person performing the duties and obligations of special servicer with respect to the Mortgage Pool (exclusive of (A) any Serviced Loan Combination or related REO Property as to which a different Loan Combination Special Servicer has been appointed with respect thereto and (B) any Excluded Special Servicer Mortgage Loan or any related REO Property as to which an Excluded Mortgage Loan Special Servicer has been appointed with respect thereto).

  • NIM Issuer The entity established as the issuer of the NIM Securities.
