The Recipient shall ensure that Subprojects are appraised, approved and monitored and that the Sub-financings are administered in accordance with the provisions and procedures set forth or referred to in this Part F and in more detail in the BDS Grants Manual, the RE Grants Manual, or the Solar PV Financing Manual, as the case may be.

The Recipient, through the MPE, shall provide Competitive Grants to Beneficiaries in accordance with eligibility criteria and procedures acceptable to the Association, and set forth in the Grants Manual.
In addition, Subgrantee must comply with those recommendations stated in the Historic Preservation Fund Grants Manual Chapter 8, Section D “Standards Applicable to Subgrantees.” Determinations of Adverse Effect will cause terminations of subgrant projects.

NPS will review and approve submitted products for compliance with the HPF Grants Manual, the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Archeology and Historic Preservation, and any other relevant requirements.
