Grantee Fibers definition

Grantee Fibers shall have the meaning set forth in Article 3.
Grantee Fibers means those certain fibers described in Article II and in which Grantee shall be granted an IRU hereunder.
Grantee Fibers means the fiber strands identified in Schedule 1.1 as Grantee Fibers. Implementation Plan has the same meaning as in the Comprehensive Agreement between the Grantor and the Grantee relating to the Network.
