Grant Term definition

Grant Term means the period running from the effective date of this Agreement, as provided in Paragraph 19, below (Effective Date) through January 21, 2024, as set forth in the Procedures and Requirements.
Grant Term means the timeframe for the use of the grant award as set forth in the grant award agreement. Grant awards shall cover a timeframe of at least two years.
Grant Term means the period of performance for this Agreement, which begins on the Effective Date and ends on the first anniversary of the Effective Date.

Examples of Grant Term in a sentence

  • Grantee shall submit a detailed interim report corresponding to the first six months of the Grant Term summarizing research progress, including a lay summary and a summary of research completed.

  • The Grant Term of this Agreement will be one year beginning on the Effective Date.

  • A final progress report and a final financial report shall be submitted to AACR no later than 60 days after the ending date of the Grant Term.


More Definitions of Grant Term

Grant Term is defined as the period set forth in CLIR’s grant award letter and any subsequent written amendments to the grant period authorized by CLIR, provided that CLIR approves the Proposal. In consideration of CLIR’s support of the Project in the event CLIR approves the Proposal, the Parties agree as follows:
Grant Term means a one (1) year Contract Agreement for a recruitment entity to recruit a physician under the terms of this Act. The Contract Agreement Grant Term will run from October 1 to September 30.
