Examples of Grant Funds in a sentence
Without limiting the scope of the foregoing, Grantee shall establish and maintain accurate financial books and accounting records relating to Eligible Expenses incurred and Grant Funds received and expended under this Agreement, together with all invoices, documents, payrolls, time records and other data related to the matters covered by this Agreement, whether funded in whole or in part with Grant Funds.
Grantee shall establish and maintain accurate files and records of all aspects of the Grant Plan and the matters funded in whole or in part with Grant Funds during the term of this Agreement.
Any Grant Funds withheld pursuant to this Section and subsequently disbursed to Grantee after cure of applicable Events of Default, if granted by the City in its sole discretion, shall be disbursed without interest.
Grantee shall use the Grant Funds only for Eligible Expenses as set forth in Appendix A, Services to be Provided and Appendix B, Budget and for no other purpose.
City may demand the immediate return of any previously disbursed Grant Funds that have been claimed or expended by Grantee in breach of the terms of this Agreement, together with interest thereon from the date of disbursement at the maximum rate permitted under applicable law.
