Grant Employee means a person who is hired to work on a specific project until completion of that project or for a specific period of time as determined by the grant from a third party. Grant monies shall not be used to displace employees covered by this Agreement nor shall such monies be used to create redundancy of positions in the bargaining unit. A grant employee is not included in this Agreement.

Grant Employee means any non-contractual individual employed by the Town under the auspices of a grant.

Examples of Grant Employee in a sentence

Where a Full-Time Grant Employee is terminated other than for cause, they shall only be entitled to termination and severance pay in accordance with the Employment Standards Act (Ontario).

More Definitions of Grant Employee

Grant Employee means a person employed by the Corporation under the provisions of a program which provides 50% funding for the grant employee's wages.
