Grant Claim definition

Grant Claim means a payment request submitted on the form found at Annex A by the Recipient to the Authority detailing its claim for Eligible Expenditure;
Grant Claim means a claim for Grant using the Secretary of State’s System on line facility.

  • If a Correction is imposed a notice will be sent to the Grant Recipient setting out the Irregularity that the Secretary of State considers has occurred together with the level of Correction imposed having regard to any applicable guidelines and/or the value of the Grant Claim to the extent that the Irregularity applies to it.

  • Unless otherwise stated in these Conditions, payment of the Grant will be made within 30 days of the Authority approving the Grant Recipient’s Grant Claim.

Grant Claim means a claim for Grant to be made in accordance with Schedule 2.
Grant Claim means a Grant Claim issued by the Grantee on account of the advance payment in accordance with Schedule 1;
