The Charter school shall comply with O.C.G.A. § 20-2-327 related to Individual Graduation Plans.
Graduation rates are calculated on a 4-year-plus-summer cohort; for this reason, data availability will always run one year behind (that is, annual reports will contain graduation rate data from the cohort preceding the most recent school year.
The student may terminate this contract before occupancy without the 15 percent cancellation fee of the room portion of the room and board charges for that semester ONLY for the following reasons: • Graduation • Withdrawal from the university, meaning a student is taking zero credits including matriculation, continuing education and online credits for the University of Colorado Boulder.
Graduation credit may be earned in the following areas: • Academic Subjects • Electives • Approved work-based learning experiences Non-academic courses i.e., classroom and office aides do not qualify for credits unless such is specifically approved as work-based learning experiences.
Unit members are required to attend Back-to-School Night, Open House, the Christmas Program and Graduation Ceremony.
