Graduate Assistant definition

Graduate Assistant means a person employed in the bargaining unit.
Graduate Assistant means an employee included in the bargaining unit as defined by the Order issued by the Labour Relations Board of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, dated August 6, 2009 or an employee included in the bargaining unit by mutual consent of the parties.
Graduate Assistant or “Graduate Assistantship” means the appointment of a graduate student as a Graduate Research Assistant, a Graduate Teaching Assistant, or to a Graduate Research Assistantship Fellowship.

Graduate Assistant. (“GA”) means a graduate student who has been Academically Employed under this Agreement. There are three (3) categories:
Graduate Assistant means a graduate student appointed

Graduate Assistant and “GA” shall refer to any graduate student who is appointed by a department, college, or division to a Graduate Assistant position.
Graduate Assistant refers to a Graduate Student who holds one or more Graduate Assistantships;
