Grade I definition

Grade I means a person who performs any or all of the following duties: general cleaning duties; household chore type of duties; laundry duties using domestic machinery; and seamstress duties.
Grade I. Means a person employed in a centre who is responsible directly to the Management and under the direction of Management initiates and implements programme components, is involved in the assessment and care and training of clients and is responsible for the supervision of subordinate staff which may include the Functional Programmer Grade II. For training refer Clause 151 – Training for Functional Programmers and Programme Assistants.
Grade I means a person employed as such who is in possession of a Pathology Technicians Certificate issued by a recognised authority or equivalent qualifications.

Examples of Grade I in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the above, if an employee is promoted and placement in the new increment structure would result in a rate of pay less than that which would have been received had the promotion been to an intervening grade (e.g.: If an employee at Grade I is promoted to Grade III the intervening Grade would be Grade II) then the employee will be moved to the next higher increment in the new increment structure and the employee’s increment anniversary date will become the date of promotion.

  • Sodium Chloride shall be rock salt or solar salt conforming to the requirements of AASHTO M l43, Type I Grade I, with a moisture content not exceeding two (2) percent.

  • Sodium Chloride treated with Liquid Magnesium Chloride shall be rock salt or solar salt conforming to the requirements of AASHTO M l43, Type I Grade I, treated with Liquid Magnesium Chloride with a moisture content not exceeding five and three tenths (5.3) percent.

  • State of Nevada Grade I Water Distribution and Water Treatment certifications will be required to progress to the one-year rate of pay.

  • Notwithstanding the above, if an employee is temporarily promoted and placement in the new increment structure would result in a rate of pay less than that which would have been received had the promotion been to an intervening grade (e.g.: If an employee at Grade I is promoted to Grade III the intervening Grade would be Grade II) then the employee will be moved to the next higher increment in the new increment structure.

  • Possession of a Grade I Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Certificate issued by the California State Water Resources Control Board is desirable and qualifies for a treatment operator certificate incentive as outlined in Section 12.1.

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • 2 Wire Analog Voice Grade Loop or “Analog 2W” provides an effective 2-wire channel with 2-wire interfaces at each end that is suitable for the transport of analog Voice Grade (nominal 300 to 3000 Hz) signals and loop-start signaling. This Loop type is more fully described in Verizon Technical Reference (TR)-72565, as revised from time-to-time. If “Customer-Specified Signaling” is requested, the Loop will operate with one of the following signaling types that may be specified when the Loop is ordered: loop-start, ground-start, loop- reverse-battery, and no signaling.   • Downgrade Event means, unless otherwise specified on the Cover Sheet, for a Party means that Party’s Credit Rating falls below BBB- from S&P or Baa3 from Moody’s or becomes no longer rated by either S&P or Moody’s.

  • Lowest Adjacent Grade (LAG means the elevation of the ground, sidewalk or patio slab immediately next to the building, or deck support, after completion of the building.

  • DNS test Means one non-­‐recursive DNS query sent to a particular “IP address” (via UDP or TCP). If DNSSEC is offered in the queried DNS zone, for a query to be considered answered, the signatures must be positively verified against a corresponding DS record published in the parent zone or, if the parent is not signed, against a statically configured Trust Anchor. The answer to the query must contain the corresponding information from the Registry System, otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. A query with a “DNS resolution RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR, will be considered unanswered. The possible results to a DNS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “DNS resolution RTT” or, undefined/unanswered.

  • Below Investment Grade Ratings Event means that on any day within the 60-day period (which period shall be extended so long as the rating of the Securities is under publicly announced consideration for a possible downgrade by any of the Rating Agencies) after the earlier of (1) the occurrence of a Change of Control; or (2) public notice of the occurrence of a Change of Control or the intention by the Company to effect a Change of Control, the Securities are rated below Investment Grade by each of the Rating Agencies. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Below Investment Grade Ratings Event otherwise arising by virtue of a particular reduction in rating shall not be deemed to have occurred in respect of a particular Change of Control (and thus shall not be deemed a Below Investment Grade Ratings Event for purposes of the definition of Change of Control Repurchase Event hereunder) if the Rating Agencies making the reduction in rating to which this definition would otherwise apply do not announce or publicly confirm or inform the Trustee in writing at its request that the reduction was the result, in whole or in part, of any event or circumstance comprised of or arising as a result of, or in respect of, the applicable Change of Control (whether or not the applicable Change of Control shall have occurred at the time of the ratings event).

  • Investment Grade Rating means a rating equal to or higher than Baa3 (or the equivalent) by Xxxxx’x and BBB- (or the equivalent) by S&P, or an equivalent rating by any other Rating Agency.

  • Below Investment Grade Rating Event means the rating on the Notes is lowered in respect of a Change of Control and the Notes are rated below Investment Grade by both Rating Agencies on any date from the date of the public notice of an arrangement that could result in a Change of Control until the end of the 60-day period following public notice of the occurrence of a Change of Control (which period shall be extended until the ratings are announced if during such 60 day period the rating of the Notes is under publicly announced consideration for possible downgrade by either of the Rating Agencies); provided that a Below Investment Grade Rating Event otherwise arising by virtue of a particular reduction in rating shall not be deemed to have occurred in respect of a particular Change of Control (and thus shall not be deemed a Below Investment Grade Rating Event for purposes of the definition of Change of Control Repurchase Event hereunder) if the Rating Agencies making the reduction in rating to which this definition would otherwise apply do not announce or publicly confirm or inform the Company in writing at its request that the reduction was the result, in whole or in part, of any event or circumstance comprised of or arising as a result of, or in respect of, the applicable Change of Control (whether or not the applicable Change of Control shall have occurred at the time of the Below Investment Grade Rating Event).

  • Investment Grade Ratings means a rating equal to or higher than Baa3 (or the equivalent) by Moody’s and BBB- (or the equivalent) by S&P, provided that no negative watch is placed on such rating.

  • Finished grade means the grade upon completion of the fill or excavation.

  • RDDS test Means one query sent to a particular “IP address” of one of the servers of one of the RDDS services. Queries shall be about existing objects in the Registry System and the responses must contain the corresponding information otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. Queries with an RTT 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. The possible results to an RDDS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the RTT or undefined/unanswered.

  • Investment Grade Status shall occur when the Notes receive two of the following:

  • Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) means the maximum weight of the vehicle, as specified by the manufacturer. GVWR includes total vehicle weight plus fluids, passengers, and cargo.

  • Highest Adjacent Grade (HAG means the highest natural elevation of the ground surface, prior to construction, immediately next to the proposed walls of the structure.

  • Investment Grade Rating Event means the first day on which the Notes have an Investment Grade Rating from a Rating Agency and no Default has occurred and is then continuing under this Indenture.

  • Group I Senior Percentage As of each Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Group I Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) in Loan Group I immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Senior Percentage As of any Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Senior Certificates (other than the Class A-P Certificates) immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) (other than the related Discount Fraction of each Discount Mortgage Loan) immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Operating Month for a Shipper or Transferor means any calendar month in which Carrier either transports Crude Petroleum or recognizes and records a change in ownership of Crude Petroleum for the account of such Party. For purposes hereof the calendar month shall be deemed to begin at 7:00 a.m. (Central Time) on the first day of such month.

  • Group II Senior Percentage For any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) 100% and (ii) the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II-A and Residual Certificates divided by the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II Loans (exclusive of the Class II-P Fraction thereof, with respect to any Class II-P Mortgage Loan), in each case immediately before such Distribution Date.

  • Stress Factor means 2.25.

  • Gross vehicle weight rating means the weight specified by the manufacturer as the loaded weight of a single vehicle.

  • Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.

  • Overcollateralization Release Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date and (y) the Excess Overcollateralized Amount.
