Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;
2 Wire Analog Voice Grade Loop or “Analog 2W” provides an effective 2-wire channel with 2-wire interfaces at each end that is suitable for the transport of analog Voice Grade (nominal 300 to 3000 Hz) signals and loop-start signaling. This Loop type is more fully described in Verizon Technical Reference (TR)-72565, as revised from time-to-time. If “Customer-Specified Signaling” is requested, the Loop will operate with one of the following signaling types that may be specified when the Loop is ordered: loop-start, ground-start, loop- reverse-battery, and no signaling. Customer specified signaling is more fully described in Verizon TR-72570, as revised from time-to- time. Verizon will not build new facilities.
Finished grade means the grade upon completion of the fill or excavation.
Lowest Adjacent Grade (LAG means the elevation of the ground, sidewalk or patio slab immediately next to the building, or deck support, after completion of the building.
Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Required Reserve Factor Floor means, for any Calculation Period, the sum (expressed as a percentage) of (a) 12.5% plus (b) the product of the Adjusted Dilution Ratio and the Dilution Horizon Ratio, in each case, as of the most recent Cut-Off Date.
Downgrade Drawing has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6(c).
Highest Adjacent Grade (HAG means the highest natural elevation of the ground surface, prior to construction, immediately next to the proposed walls of the structure.
Revenue Operations Date (ROD) means the date of operation of Metro
Downgrade Event means, unless otherwise specified on the Cover Sheet, for a Party means that Party’s Credit Rating falls below BBB- from S&P or Baa3 from Moody’s or becomes no longer rated by either S&P or Moody’s.
Deactivation Avoidable Cost Credit means the credit paid to Generation Owners pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 114. Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate:
Downgrade Advance means an Advance made pursuant to Section 2.02(c).
Emission Reduction Credits means emission reductions that have been authorized by a local air pollution control district pursuant to California Health and Safety Code, Division 26 Air Resources, Sections 40709 and 40709.5, whereby such district has established a system by which all reductions in the emission of air contaminants that are to be used to offset certain future increases in the emission of air contaminants shall be banked prior to use to offset future increases in emissions.
DNS test Means one non-‐recursive DNS query sent to a particular “IP address” (via UDP or TCP). If DNSSEC is offered in the queried DNS zone, for a query to be considered answered, the signatures must be positively verified against a corresponding DS record published in the parent zone or, if the parent is not signed, against a statically configured Trust Anchor. The answer to the query must contain the corresponding information from the Registry System, otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. A query with a “DNS resolution RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR, will be considered unanswered. The possible results to a DNS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “DNS resolution RTT” or, undefined/unanswered.
Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) means the maximum weight of the vehicle, as specified by the manufacturer. GVWR includes total vehicle weight plus fluids, passengers, and cargo.
Replacement Reserve Monthly Deposit shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1 hereof.
Unapplied Downgrade Advance means any Downgrade Advance other than an Applied Downgrade Advance.
Anticipated State average revenue availability per student means the sum of all anticipated total county revenue availability divided by the average daily membership for the State.
Rear fog lamp means the lamp used to make the vehicle more easily visible from the rear in dense fog;
Gross vehicle weight rating means the weight specified by the manufacturer as the loaded weight of a single vehicle.
Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).
Anticipated county property tax revenue availability means the
Net Monthly Excess Cashflow With respect to each Distribution Date, the sum of (a) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (b) the excess of (x) Available Funds for such Distribution Date over (y) the sum for such Distribution Date of (A) the Monthly Interest Distributable Amounts for the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates, (B) the Unpaid Interest Shortfall Amounts for the Class A Certificates and (C) the Principal Remittance Amount.
Borrowing Base Deficiency means, as of any date of determination, the positive amount, if any, by which (i) the aggregate Loans Outstanding exceeds (ii) the Borrowing Base.
Average Contract Value means the higher of (inclusive of carbon tax but exclusive of goods and services tax) the (i) average of the total amount payable by the Consumer to the Retailer based on the average electricity consumption of three (3) months (before the date of termination) or (ii) the total amount payable by the Consumer to the Retailer based on the Declared Monthly Consumption.
