GPM Petroleum definition

GPM Petroleum or “GPMP” means GPM Petroleum LP together with all of its subsidiaries. GPM owns, directly and indirectly, 100% of the general partner of GPMP and 99.71% of the GPMP limited partner units.
GPM Petroleum means GPM Petroleum, LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and the joint ventures, subsidiaries, divisions, groups, and affiliates controlled by GPM Petroleum, LLC, and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
