A Class B operator typically monitors, maintains and ensures that release detection methods, record-keeping, and reporting requirements are met; release prevention equipment, record-keeping, and reporting requirements are met; all relevant equipment complies with performance standards; and appropriate individuals are trained to properly respond to emergencies caused by releases and spills.

  • Class C operator means the individual responsible for initially addressing emergencies presented by a spill or release from an UST system. The Class C operator typically controls or monitors the dispensing or sale of regulated substances.

  • MLP Partnership Agreement means the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the MLP, as amended or restated from time to time.

  • MLP has the meaning given such term in the introduction to this Agreement.

  • Non-Methane Hydrocarbons (NMHC means the sum of all hydrocarbon air pollutants except methane.

  • Class A operator means the individual who has primary responsibility to operate and maintain the UST system in accordance with applicable requirements.   • MEP means maximum extent practicable, the technology-based discharge standard for municipal separate storm sewer systems to reduce pollutants in stormwater discharges.

  • ACMPR means the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations;

  • Non-potable water means water not safe for drinking, personal, or culinary use as determined by the requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 604.

  • Operating Partnership Agreement means the Fifth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Operating Partnership, as it may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • General Partner Interest means the ownership interest of the General Partner in the Partnership (in its capacity as a general partner) and includes any and all benefits to which the General Partner is entitled as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of the General Partner to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • Partnership Agreements means the partnership agreements together with all agreements, certificates and other documents provided to and approved by Lender and which govern the existence, operation and ownership of the Partnerships.

  • General Partnership Interest means a Partnership Interest held by the General Partner that is a general partnership interest.

  • Mining overburden returned to the mine site means any material overlying an economic mineral deposit which is removed to gain access to that deposit and is then used for reclamation of a surface mine.
