Governmental Party definition

Governmental Party means the United States Government (as used in 31 U.S.C. § 3727), the Government (as used in 48 C.F.R. subpart 32.8), the United States of America, the executive branch of the United States of America or any department or agency of any of the foregoing.
Governmental Party means the United States of America, any state, commonwealth or territory, any county, municipal or public entity, or any agency, department, unit, official or employee thereof.
Governmental Party means any applicable national, state, provincial, district, county, municipality, public corporation or any court, tribunal, department, subdivision, agency or instrumentality of any of the aforementioned.

  • Company has no liability for any action taken or fines or penalties assess by Governmental Party because Customer fails to comply with any Law or if Customs fails to exercise reasonable care from a Customs or commercial perspective.

  • Financial obligations of any one Party that is a Colorado governmental entity or governmental subdivision (Governmental Party) payable after the current Municipal Fiscal Year or District Fiscal Year are contingent upon funds for that purpose being appropriated, budgeted, or otherwise made available.

  • The RCC shall have the responsibility to facilitate and coordinate the implementation of PM&E Measures consistent with the RCP and this Agreement, subject to Governmental Party and FERC approvals as may be necessary.

  • Each Governmental Party reserves its authority pursuant to the FPA.

  • PacifiCorp shall submit to FERC and to the Governmental Parties written annual reports that reflect the amounts of payments deposited into and disbursed from the Fund and, upon request by a Governmental Party, provide written documentation underlying the annual report and provide an annual independent audit of the Fund upon the request of USDA-FS.

  • Implementation of this Agreement for a Federal Governmental Party is subject to the requirements of the Anti-Deficiency Act, 31 USC 1341-1519, and the availability of appropriated funds.

  • Governmental Authorization means any permit, license, authorization, plan, directive, consent order or consent decree of or from any Governmental Authority.
